Croydon Road - Timeless Quality

A beautiful, executive family home near Mt Eden Village designed and constructed under the leadership of PJM. The brief was to create a timeless, quality, and sustainable house that would fit well within the Mt Eden landscape, with a modern bungalow design.

To ensure the project was completed within the set timeframe and budget, PJM was involved from the beginning of the project. The house was designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning. Energy-efficient appliances and smart lighting fixtures were installed throughout the home to further reduce energy consumption.

The house was built to a high specification, and the design incorporated several unique features. The home features an open-plan living area that flows seamlessly into the outdoor living spaces. The 340m2 house also features a separate scullery and laundry room, providing additional storage and functionality.
