The modernisation of a 1950’s Torbay beach bach into an executive family home.
The house was extended in all directions, with the black weatherboards, the original bach, and the silver weatherboards defining the scope of the building extensions.
Our role was to mitigate the procurement and construction delivery risk of a complex renovation for a busy executive family, control the costs and find savings through the direct procurement of key trade packages.
