Dasha Tarasova

Dasha Tarasova is an accomplished Senior Design Manager and project manager with extensive experience in residential, multi-unit development, and commercial architecture. Dasha is dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative solutions for her clients. As an NZIA-registered architect with a master's degree in architecture, she has a deep understanding of the technical and design aspects of construction.

Dasha is a skilled project leader with expertise in project establishment, design management, and construction observation. She can handle complex projects with multiple facets and deliver successful outcomes from start to finish.

Callum Fougere

Callum Fougere is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10 years of experience in construction cost control and project management. He expertly manages projects from inception to completion, excelling in project feasibilities, cost estimates, contract preparation, procurement, programming, and financial reporting. Callum maintains strong client relationships and has expertise across residential, commercial, civil, retail, and government sectors.

Callum holds tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, is an Associate/Affiliate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Building.

Giridhar Venkatesh

Giri is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in civil infrastructure, multi-unit residential developments, and commercial construction. His career spans client, main-contractor, and regulatory roles, offering a well-rounded industry perspective.

He began as a Building Control Technician and Building Surveyor at Auckland Council, gaining valuable regulatory insight and establishing strong industry relationships. In recent years, he has led multiple projects as a site-based Project Manager, excelling in construction planning, trade procurement, on-site coordination, and Health & Safety management. With over 10 years’ experience, a degree in Engineering and Masters in Construction Management, Giri delivers exceptional project outcomes through expertise and collaboration.

Whitney Syverston

Whitney is a driven Project Coordinator with a passion for planning and a keen eye for detail. Her meticulous approach ensures every aspect of a project is thoroughly considered and executed to the highest standards. She thrives in dynamic environments, proactively addressing challenges before they arise.

With excellent time management and communication skills, Whitney ensures that client relationships are prioritised across the business, fostering long-term partnerships.

Whitney’s skill set is diverse, including expertise in project delivery systems, governance reporting, and financial management. This ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining compliance.

Whitney also leads the PJM team and manages office operations. Known for her strong leadership qualities, she drives performance and collaboration across the team. Whitney’s organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities have solidified her reputation as a multi-tasking leader.

Jenni Frost

Jenni is an experienced Project Coordinator with a successful track record of delivering residential and commercial fit-out projects. Her attention to detail ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Jenni is highly skilled in coordinating project activities, maintaining project schedules, and monitoring project budgets. She is committed to ensuring successful project outcomes by managing tasks effectively and building strong stakeholder relationships. Jenni effectively communicates with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
