Dasha Tarasova

Dasha Tarasova is an Associate Senior Design & Project Development Manager, bringing extensive experience in commercial, high-end residential, and multi-unit development architecture. As a NZIA-registered architect with a master’s degree in architecture, she combines strong technical expertise with a passion for sustainable, innovative design solutions.
In her leadership role, Dasha oversees project establishment, design management, and development strategy, guiding complex projects from concept through to completion. She is a skilled project delivery leader, with particular strengths in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality outcomes across all project stages.
Callum Fougere

Callum Fougere is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10 years of experience in construction cost control and project management. He expertly manages projects from inception to completion, excelling in project feasibilities, cost estimates, contract preparation, procurement, programming, and financial reporting. Callum maintains strong client relationships and has expertise across residential, commercial, civil, retail, and government sectors.
Callum holds tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, is an Associate/Affiliate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Building.
Giridhar Venkatesh

Giri is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in civil infrastructure, multi-unit residential developments, and commercial construction. His career spans client, main-contractor, and regulatory roles, offering a well-rounded industry perspective.
He began as a Building Control Technician and Building Surveyor at Auckland Council, gaining valuable regulatory insight and establishing strong industry relationships. In recent years, he has led multiple projects as a site-based Project Manager, excelling in construction planning, trade procurement, on-site coordination, and Health & Safety management. With over 10 years’ experience, a degree in Engineering and Masters in Construction Management, Giri delivers exceptional project outcomes through expertise and collaboration.
Whitney Syverston

Whitney is a key member of the PJM team, contributing across both operations and project delivery.
As Office Manager – People and Culture, she leads daily administration and HR functions, helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace. Whitney also contributes to business growth, marketing, bid support, H&S, and compliance, while helping to drive strategic improvements across the business.
In her role as Assistant Project Manager, Whitney works closely with the team to support project delivery, bringing strengths in governance reporting, financial management, stakeholder communication, and project systems. Her calm, organised approach helps ensure projects run smoothly and stay on track.
Jenni Frost

Jenni is an experienced Project Coordinator with a successful track record of delivering residential and commercial fit-out projects. Her attention to detail ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Jenni is highly skilled in coordinating project activities, maintaining project schedules, and monitoring project budgets. She is committed to ensuring successful project outcomes by managing tasks effectively and building strong stakeholder relationships. Jenni effectively communicates with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
