The Pines Apartments (40 units)

With the original windows now 50 years old, The Pines has engaged PJM Project Management to act as client-side project managers to facilitate the
procurement, design documentation, consenting, and construction observation for replacing windows on this iconic building.


To date, we have completed the procurement process with Symonite Systems engaged as the lead contractor.

This building is unique in that the new thermally broken window system is coming from Europe (Gutmann), bringing international best systems to
New Zealand.


The building is due for completion later in October 2024.
