PJM are delighted to work with Emerge Aotearoa on this greenfield 22 unit social housing project located in Masterton.

The new development includes eight one-bedroom units, ten two-bedroom homes and four three-bedroom houses.

The master-planned community is configured around a traditional cul-de-sac, with common ground areas creating a sense of safety, community and closeness among families.

Several single level units are designed with accessible kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces. All homes have courtyards and heat pumps.

Purchased in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the project was delivered by Emerge Aotearoa Housing Trust and built by Jennian Homes.

PJM provided client-side project management on behalf of Emerge Aotearoa, ensuring the project delivery to their specification, time and quality requirements.

Work began in December 2020 after the organisation recognised the significant need for public housing investment in Masterton.

The blessing by Rangitāne o Wairarapa to celebrate the completion of these homes was attended by the Masterton District Mayor Lyn Patterson.
