Located in Red Hill this 2000m2 site supports a 5-house development that boasts 24 bedrooms. This development has been bought to life by Penina Health Trust and is designed for multi-generational living for the Pacifica community.
The landscape presents edible gardens and a fale to encourage community living.
Totara previously removed from this site is being carved and will be returned as a tribute to the cultural significance of the area.
Throughout the project, Penina Health Trust has strived to support the local community by sourcing materials from local suppliers.
We believe this is a very special project and are excited to be a part of it.
