Painoaiho Marae Ablutions – Murupara

Painoaiho Marae is an important community hub in Murupara, providing a place for whānau to gather and connect.

PJM has been engaged as the client-side Project Manager to support the delivery of a new ablution block, providing procurement, quantity surveying and project management services.

The project is being delivered in two stages. Stage One includes tendering the building works and preparing a project financial report and programme to support funding applications. Once funding is confirmed, Stage Two will proceed to construction.

During Stage Two, PJM will complete tender negotiations, execute the building contract, and provide client-side project management and construction observation. PJM will also act as Engineer to the Contract, certify progress payments, and provide monthly reporting on budget, programme, and forecast cost to complete.

This project will deliver practical, much-needed facilities for the Marae.
