Tower Hill Apartments - Remediation

Tower Hill Apartments is a significant residential remediation project requiring careful governance, technical coordination and disciplined cost control.

PJM has been engaged to support the Tower Hill Apartment Body Corporate and Committee through a broad remediation programme, helping provide structure, transparency and clear reporting as key decisions are made on behalf of owners.

The scope includes external GRC cladding repairs, roof and penthouse apartment remedials, and passive fire works to bathrooms and egress stairs.

PJM is working alongside a specialist project team including ASJ Property Consultancy as lead consultant, BQH Quantity Surveyors / Construction Economics, and Canam Commercial Ltd as main contractor.

PJM’s role is to support the Committee with project management, cost review, procurement support, risk tracking, programme oversight and clear reporting throughout the works.

On body corporate remediation projects, the technical issues are only part of the challenge. Every dollar is owners’ money, every delay affects residents, and every decision needs to be clear, defensible and properly managed.

The project involves multiple work fronts across an existing apartment building, with evolving technical information, resident impacts, compliance requirements and budget considerations all needing to be carefully managed.

PJM’s focus is to help the Committee make informed decisions, challenge scope where required, test costs, track risk and keep the project moving with clarity and confidence.
