Adams Avenue Apts – Mount Maunganui

Located in central Mount Maunganui, Adams Avenue Apartments is a three-storey coastal apartment complex that required remediation following the identification of weathertightness issues.

The works included roofing, structural, and cladding repairs to address building performance and long-term durability.

Following the passing of the original Engineer to the Contract (EtC), PJM Project Management was engaged to complete the project and support the Body Corporate through to final handover.

PJM acted as Engineer to the Contract and provided client-side project management services, managing the remediation works and coordinating the consultant team, contractor, and stakeholders through to completion.
