PJM has been engaged to manage the planned reroofing of a significant commercial property.

Our role includes:

• Developing a detailed project plan, a communication strategy for tenants, and an integrated programme to stage the works efficiently.
• Managing the tender process and executing the contract with the selected contractor.
• Overseeing construction activities on-site, including health and safety compliance monitoring.
• Providing contract administration services and making payment recommendations.
