Sylvia Park - Commercial Re-Roof
The Sylvia Park Commercial Re-Roofing Project is a planned end-of-life roof replacement to a major commercial building. While the works were driven by asset lifecycle requirements, the presence of a high-precision electronics and IT manufacturing tenant beneath the roof made the project particularly complex.
Dust, contamination, or disruption to HVAC systems have a direct impact on the tenant’s operations. As a result, the project was delivered through a carefully staged and tightly controlled programme, with detailed sequencing, isolation zones, and temporary protection measures to maintain weather-tightness and protect business continuity throughout the works.
A comprehensive project plan and tenant coordination strategy underpinned the delivery approach, allowing sections of roof to be progressively replaced without disrupting critical operations below.
PJM provided client-side project management, contractor procurement, health and safety management, and contract administration services.
