PJM has been engaged as the client-side Project Manager to support Friendship House by providing design, budget, procurement, and project management services for the modernisation and planned maintenance of their existing Manukau building in Auckland.
The project has been consented and tendered, with funding grants to be finalised before work begins on-site.
