In partnership with Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga – Ministry of Housing, Urban Development NZ and Watchman Capital, Home in Place is set to deliver 28 affordable rental homes by 2025, funded through the NZ Government Affordable Housing Fund.
PJM are providing client-side project management, design management, construction management, and funder QS reporting for the project.
