Vera Road - Architecturally Designed

The PJM Project Management team successfully managed the delivery of seven architecturally designed terraced houses in Vera Rd, Te Atatu South.

Our client-side project management services included procurement, contract administration, and construction observation, The PJM team worked closely with the private developer, coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure a successful outcome.
