Supermarket projects require tight coordination of structure, building services, refrigeration systems, and specialist fit-out elements, all within fixed opening deadlines.

PJM acted as client-side Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract, providing project management and contract administration services throughout the design and delivery phases of the project.

The fit-out was delivered within an existing heritage building, resulting in a store environment that differs from a standard supermarket format.
